At Bone Inlay Interior Furniture, we take pride in crafting and delivering premium handmade furniture to customers across the globe. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the nature of our made-to-order craftsmanship.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This grace period allows us to hold the order before it proceeds to processing, production, or packaging.
Strict No-Cancellation Policy After 24 Hours
Please note:
We do not accept any cancellations after the 24-hour window.
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our furniture, once the order has entered processing, materials are allocated, and production may begin—making cancellation impossible beyond this point.

To cancel within 24 hours, please email us at [email protected], including your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Refunds and returns are applicable only under the following conditions:
a) Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] along with clear photos and your order number.
If you choose not to receive a replacement, a refund will be processed only after we receive the claim settlement from our shipping insurance provider.
b) Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, inform us within 14 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or process a refund based on your preference.
c) Change of Mind / Product Unsatisfactory
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason unrelated to damage or defect:
You may return it at your own shipping cost.
Returned items must be in unused, original, and re-saleable condition.
Products must be returned with all original packaging intact and securely repacked to avoid transit damage.
Returns that arrive damaged due to improper repacking will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Depending on the shipping carrier and destination, return transit may take 1–10 business days.
For refunds due to damaged goods (where a replacement is declined), please note that we must first receive the insurance claim from our logistics partner before processing the refund.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Custom-made or Made-to-Order items
Items purchased during promotions or final-sale events
Products returned with visible damage or missing original packaging
Mirror breakage only, if the rest of the item is structurally intact
