Procedure after placing the order
After placing the order (if you want to know how to place the order click here) every customer wants to know what would be next step. Like how he/she will get the goods. Here are the full details about what would be next after placing the order.
- After placing the order you will get auto generated email. It will have all the details from Bone Inlay Interior Furniture that your order has been received.
**Customer must do: customer must read this email and check delivery address and other details too.
**Customer must read Terms & Condition of Bone Inlay Interior Furniture.
For any correction in order customer must reply the email within 12 hours.
- Now the next step your order move forward to the process and you will get auto generated email. It will entail that your order is under process.
- Next if your order is custom built then you will get some images of the finished products. All of this will be before shipping your order.
**Customer must see these images and send confirmations within 24 hours that it is ok and ship these products. After getting confirmation from your side we will ship the goods. After shipping the products and after receiving the goods customer tell us that it is not ok. Then Bone Inlay Interior Furniture will not be liable at all because we will send products to you after getting your confirmation on images. If you have any query on product images then you must update us within 24 hours. If we don’t get reply within 24 hours then it would be marked as ok and goods will be shipped.
- After getting the confirmation from customer side Bone Inlay Interior Furniture ship the goods. You will get auto generated email from Bone Inlay Interior Furniture that your order has been shipped. You will also get email from Bone Inlay Interior Furniture with the details of tracking number and tracking website. So that you can track your shipment and check the status.
**Note: Bone Inlay Interior Furniture will ship your products via air freight companies like Fedex, TNT, UPS or DHL etc. As per your country & these air freight company rules & regulation they will ask to you for document formalities. Additionally, other relevant details for custom clearance which customer must provide to the air freight company. If customer doesn’t provide these details to the air freight company and anything happens then Bone Inlay Interior Furniture will not be liable for that. 5. After getting the confirmation from Air Freight Company that the goods have been delivered, you will get an auto-generated email from us that your order has been completed.
